Lying EZ-Bar Triceps Extension Guide
1.Lie on your back on a bench while holding a loaded EZ-Bar with an overhand grip, your hands almost shoulder-width apart. Hold the bar directly above your head with your arms fully extended.
2.Keeping your elbows locked in place, lower the bar until it is about an inch above your forehead.
3.Pause, then contract your triceps to return the bar to the starting position.
