Dumbbell Stepover Guide
1.Hold a dumbbell in each hand, keeping your arms completely straight. Place a small box in front of you.
2.Push your chest out and take a large step forward placing one foot on the box. Lower your rear knee toward the ground while keeping your front shin as vertical as possible.
3.Press through the heel of the foot that's on the box, propelling yourself up and forward, taking your rear leg over the box and onto the floor in front of you, dropping down into a lunge position. Reverse the movement to return to the starting position.
