Towel-Grip Inverted Row Guide
 
1.Loop two towels, shoulder-width apart, around a barbell in a squat rack. Lie on the floor underneath the bar and grab the ends of the towels so that your palms are facing each other.
2.Squeeze your shoulder blades together while driving the elbows behind you and pull your chest toward bar. Pause, then slowly lower your body back to starting position.
