1.Stand with feet about shoulder-width apart. Place a barbell across your upper back, pulling the bar down with an overhand grip while squeezing your shoulder blades together for stability.
2.Press onto the balls of your feet, lifting your heels off floor. Pause, lower heels back down to start position.
