Hip Raise with Feet on Swiss Ball Guide
1.Lie flat on your back, placing your heels on top of a Swiss ball, and your knees bent.
2.Press your heels into the Swiss Ball, drive your hips upward and finish the movement by squeezing your glutes, making sure not to use your lower back. Return to the starting position.
