1.Lie on your back with your knees slightly bent. Place your feet on a pair of sliding discs.
2.Slide your feet along the floor toward your body, simultaneously raising your hips. Form a straight line from your knees to your shoulders. Pause, then slowly slide your legs back to the starting position.
