Alternating Lateral Raise with Static Hold Guide
1.Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart. Hold a dumbbell in each hand at your sides.
2.Raise one arm out to the side and pause with the dumbbell at about shoulder height. Hold this position before returning to the starting position to repeat on your other arm.
