  Cable Crunch Guide

1.Hook a rope attachment to a high pulley cable machine. Kneeling directly under the rope attachment, lean slightly forward, and grab both ends of the rope, holding them at either side of your face.
2.Brace your core and flex at your waist while driving your elbows to your thighs. Pause, and slowly return to starting position.
