Combo Shoulder Raise Guide
1.Hold a dumbbell in each hand at your sides like suitcases. Rotate your palms so that one thumb is pointed out to the side while the other faces forward.
2.Raise the dumbbells to shoulder height. One arm should lift out to the side while the other is raised forward. Return the weights to the starting position.
