Dumbbell Alternating Shoulder Press and Twist Guide
1.Stand tall with your feet shoulder width-apart and hold a dumbbell in each hand. Raise the dumbbells just outside of shoulders with your elbows bent and your palms facing one another.
2.Brace your core and rotate your upper body to one side. As you twist, pivot the foot that's on the opposite side of the direction you're twisting and press that arm overhead. Pause, and reverse direction back to the starting position to repeat on the other side.
