Dumbbell Shrug Guide
1.Grab a set of dumbbells, stand tall, and allow your arms to hang by your sides with your palms facing each other.
2.Keeping your core tight, raise your shoulders toward your ears as high as possible. Pause, and then lower the weight back to the starting position.
