Full Plank Passe Twist Guide
1.Start in pushup position with your hands shoulder-width apart and beneath your shoulders. Keep your feet hip-width apart so your body forms a straight line from your shoulders to your ankles.
2.Tighten your abs and bend one knee 90 degrees, sweeping it across your body. Make sure to bring your hip along with you, rotating slightly on the ball of the foot that's on the floor. Return to the starting position to repeat with your other leg.
