Kettlebell Situp Guide

 


1.Lie flat on your back with your knees bent to 90 degrees, feet on the floor. Hold a kettlebell with both hands on top of your chest.
2.Keeping the kettlebell against your chest, tighten your core and use your abs to crunch up, raising your torso off the ground. Pause at the top before returning to the starting position.
