Mountain Climber with Hands on Bench Guide

 


1.Get into the pushup position with your hands on top of a bench and feet on the floor. Keep your arms fully extended and directly beneath your shoulders.
2.Brace your core and drive one knee to the mid-line of your body. Reverse the motion and step the foot back to the starting position.
