Preacher Curl with Cable Guide

 
1.Place a preacher bench in front of a cable machine with an EZ-Bar on the lowest setting. Resting your arms on the padding, hold the bar with both hands, palms facing away from you.
2.Without moving your elbows, curl the bar toward your shoulders. Pause, then slowly return the bar to the starting position.
