Swiss Ball Dumbbell Shoulder Press Guide
1.Grab a pair of dumbbells and sit on a Swiss ball. Pull your shoulders back, tighten your core and raise the dumbbells just above shoulder height with palms facing forward and your elbows tucked close to your body.
2.Fully extend your arms overhead. Pause, and slowly return the dumbbells to your shoulders.
