Triceps Extension on Floor Guide
1.Lie face-up on the ground with knees bent and feet firmly planted. Reach back behind your head and grab the bar with an overhand narrow grip. Raise the bar up, fully extending your arms and positioning the bar directly above your chest.
2.Keeping the upper arms in the same position, lower the bar behind your head towards the ground. Pause and lower back to starting position.
