Elevated Feet Inverted Row Guide
1.Lie on your back underneath a fixed horizontal bar. Grab the bar with your arms fully extended and your hands slightly wider than shoulder-width. Elevate your feet by placing the heels on a flat bench.
2.Keeping your upper body straight, pull the upper body towards the bar. Hold for one second at the top and squeeze the back. Return until the arms are fully extended.
