Hovering Situp Guide

1.Start by sitting on your backside with your legs extended and your feet and upper back off the floor. Place your hands behind your head for support and balance.
2.Use your abs to crunch up as you simultaneously bring your knees towards your chest. Pause, and then return to the starting position.
