Negative Situp Guide

 

1.Sit on the floor in the top of a Situp position with your knees bent to 90 degrees. Hold a dumbbell against your chest.
2.Tighten your abs and lower your torso as slowly as possible towards the floor, resisting the urge to speed up the closer you get to the ground. Return to the top position once you reach the floor.
