Seated Bicycle Twist Guide

 

1.Sit on the floor with your knees bent to 90 degrees. Bring your knees towards your chest with your hands placed behind your head for support.
2.Position your torso at about a 45-degree angle and extend one leg forward. Then, twist your torso so that one elbow touches the other knee, which is still bent. Return to the starting position to repeat with your opposite side.
