Static Lying Triceps Extension Guide

 
1.Lie on your back on a flat bench. Grasp an EZ-Bar with an overhand grip shoulder-width apart and hold it above your chest with arms fully extended.
2.Lower the bar by bending the elbows at a 90- degree angle until bar is just above the forehead. Hold this position for as long as possible (up to 40 seconds). After the static hold push bar back up to start position.
