Swiss Ball EZ-Bar Overhead Triceps Extension Guide
1.Sit upright on a Swiss ball with feet planted firmly on the ground. Grab an EZ-Bar with a double-overhand close grip. Lean back into the ball and position bar overhead with arms fully extended.
2.Keeping the core tight, bend the elbows and lower the EZ-Bar behind your head. Pause at the bottom of the motion and return to the start position by contracting the triceps and straightening the arms.
