Swiss Ball EZ-Bar Lying Triceps Extension Guide
1.Lie with your upper back on a Swiss ball with feet planted firmly on the ground and hold EZ-Bar with a medium overhand grip. Press the bar directly over head with arms fully extended or have a partner hand it to you.
2.Keeping upper arms stationary, bend your elbows and lower the EZ-Bar towards the ground. Stop just shy of the EZ-Bar touching your forehead. Pause in the bottom position and extend arm back to the starting position by contracting the triceps.
