Cross Punch Rollup Guide

 

1.Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Get your hands in a fighting position directly in front of your face.
2.Perform a standard Situp, making four cross-body punches so the last punch is completed at the top of the movement. Slowly lower to the starting position.
